Outpatient procedures – safe and fear-free

As a rule, the outpatient procedures result from a direct referral from your family dentist or doctor

Surgery can be performed under local anesthesia,
sedation or general anesthesia.
The practice fulfils all necessary technical and logistical prerequisites to carry out operations safely and efficiently.

So that you know what to expect!

First, to ensure the best possible results, a preliminary consultation about the planned surgery will take place in our practice. During the consultation the procedure will be explained in detail. We take the time to fully answer all your questions. After all questions have been answered you are asked to sign the necessary written consent.

You should bring your health insurance card and the referral from your dentist or doctor (not required for privately insured patients) – and current X-ray’s if available. During the consultation a date for the surgery will be agreed upon. You must bring a companion with you on the day of the operation.

You will receive all information you need while resting in our recovery area after surgery. This includes a fact sheet explaining what you can and cannot do after the operation as well as a mobile telephone phone number for your safety so that you can reach us at any time outside of our normal office hours.

After the post operative treatment is completed you are referred back to your treating physician. Your doctor is sent a report of all procedures carried out.
